Registration with NSSF and NHIF
4 passport size photos
Where he or she previously served in the disciplined forces, produces a certificate of discharge &
a certificate of clearance
A letter either from the chief and a church minister
They should carry the following items;

Writing Materials
Black shoe Polish and brush
Shaving razors, bathing towel, Soap, Perfume, Body oil and Lotion, Tooth paste and brush
At least 2 pairs of black socks and a pair of slippers
A suitcase for keeping personal belongings
