Major Boke is the Founder & CEO of Jeff Hamilton; an integrated outsourcing company focusing on Manpower, Security, and Facility Management with presence in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda & Tanzania & Zambia. Major serves as chair of the Boards of; Nyabikong’ori Secondary School, Nyaroha Girls Secondary School, and Elex Products –
(a sanitation products manufacturer). Additionally, Major serves as a Director at Halisi Family Hospital and Tadeo Insurance Agency. Major Boke is the current speaker secretary with the Rotary Club of Stoni Athi, a Past President for Rotary Club of Syokimau and a Past Assistant Governor with Rotary district 9212.
Major is the holder of an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bed Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from Kenyatta University, a Certificate in Military Science from Egerton University and an Alumni of Owner Management Program 2019 and the group class president from Strathmore University.
Major Boke enjoys food, especially Kuku Kienyeji wet fry, G-Nut Sauce with plantain & a glass of yogurt. He loves strength training & has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and Long’onot among others. Major is passionate about growing great African businesses and fair treatment of minimum-wage staff
Major was awarded Presidential Commission in 1999 by the then President of the Republic of Kenya Daniel Arap Moi, and Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for his generous giving to needy causes. Additionally, Major Boke was the winner of the Outstanding Security Director in 2022 in the Outstanding Security Performance Awards. Major Boke Kitangita is married to Lucy Awendo (LA) and is Father to; Ronny, Brian (22) an IT student at KU, Chacha (20) a Finance student at Strathmore University and Weisiko (18) a marketing student at Strathmore University.
